Divorces GrantedChester Szymanski. of 564 Stillman street, who boxed professionally as a heavyweight, 10 years under the name of Chet Sims was among 13 uncontested divorce petitioners who received decrees in Superior court yesterday.Mr. Szymanski. presently employed by the Remington Arms company, told Judge Richard,. H. Phillips that June Edwards Szv-ttfanski. of Roxbury. Mass . was a poor housekeeper, frequented taverns where she drank to excess, and kept company with other men. The petitioner said he and his wife separated in March. They were married Aug. 22. 1953 in Boston. Judge Phillips granted Mr. Szymanski a divorce for intolerable cruelty.
