Action to Divorce.Now comes the plaintiff, by Ralph. S. Thorsen, attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an. affidavit of a oompetent person, showing that the defendant thereto, to wit: Mildred Pratt, is not, a resident of the State of Indiana.Said defendant is therefore hereby notified of the pendency of sld action and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, and that unless she appears and answers or demurs therein, at the calling of said cause, on the 17th day of December, A. D. 1928, the same being the 31st day of the next term of said Court to be begun and held in Room Number 6 in the Court House at Hammond, in said County and State, on the 2nd Monday of November, A.
