Non-Support Trial Is Back on Court DocketThe non-support trial of FloydLeffler, originally scheduled for yesterday, has been set for Thursday, Oct. 23, at 9 a. m., court officials disclosed todav.Leffler was indicted last week on a charge filed by his wife. Geneva, I of Nelsonville, and has been in jail in default of bond following his innocent plea in Common Pleas : Court last Wednesday.
