MADE BY WIFEIN THIS CASEAlleging that her husband ownsproperty valued at (4,000 and hasother securities valued at (1,300and furthermore, earns about (3 a day and still failed to support her properly, Julia Stellmacher, 436 McKelvey-st, entered a petition for divorce and Injunctionagainst Adolph J. Stellmacher in common pleas court Tuesday.Cruelty is charged In the petition. Stellmacher, It is alleged, swore and cursed at his wife, threatened to knock her brains out with an axe, threatened to strike her, told her to get out or pay board, declared ho would sell his property and go to Germany. Furthermore, he Is accused of tantalizing* annoying and humiliating his wife and accused her of having a vile disease.As another ground for divorce, gross neglect Is charged on the allegation that the defendant failed to provide proper clothing, money or medical care to the plaintiff.An injunction was granted and served through the sheriff’s office Tuesday which prohibits the defendant from disposing jot or encumbering the real estate or other property he owns and from striking or in any way molesting the defendant or interfering with her occupancy of the 436 McKel-vey-st house.Divorce, alimony and expenses of prosecuting the case with temporary alimony and expenses are asked in the petition filed by Attorneys Hart and Schoepfie.
