WIFE CHARGES OWN SISTER TOOK HER HUSBAND'S LOVECLEVELAND, Oct. 17.—(/P)—Charges of a wife that her sister hadsupplanted her in the affections of her husband and in the care of her children were made here today in an alimony petition filed by the wife, Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Loutzenhiser Rhodes, who now resides in Canton.Mrs. Rhodes, 'besides asking alimony,-'requested the Court to give her the custody of her three daugh-tersv now living with their father, James O. Rhodes, certified public accountant, of Cleveland.According to the petition the sister, Miss Dolly Rose Loutzenhiser, was invited to live in the Rhodes home when she started working tn Cleveland. That was in November, 1928. After that Rhodes's affections for [his wife faded, with a growing preference for her sister, Mrs. Rhodes charged.Finally Mrs.. Rhodes separated from her husband May 29 this year. She said he since* has told her she need not come back. She is living with her mother.Cbnimon Pleas Judge A. J. Pear-^son issued an order restraining Rhodes from disposing of property or funds.
