Divorce Petition.Clara C. Lyon has applied for a divorce from W*. Edward Lyon, filing the petition in Clerk Bert O. Horton’s office today. It alleges that they were married June 23, 1916, and charges defendant with being guilty of extreme cruelty inthat he was cross, ill-tempered and morose ana continually finding I fault, which fact resulted in their j separation on Sept. 30.
