Alleged Contempt.Sophia Pfau some time ago was granted aiivorce from Charles Pfau and was awardedthe custody of their child, a boy, 9 years ofage. Subsequently the father bled a motion asking that the boy be taken from the mother’s custody snd given to him, claiming that the mother resided in an unhealthy locality and that the boy suffered by reason thereof. Counsel for the mother applied yesterday for a rule against Pfou, claiming that he has taken the way from the mother’s custody. He claims that Judge Kumlesfhas lecided the case, but if that is the fact it appears that counsel are unaware of it, and no entry has been made. Judge Sayler ord-»red a rule to be issued against Pfau for contempt for violating the only order as to the 3ustody of the child, which as yet appears f record in the case.
