Alleged Contempt.Sophia Pfau some time ago was granted adivorce from Charles Pfau and was awardedthe custody of their child, a boy, 9 years ofage. Subsequently the father filed a motion asking that the boy- be taken from the mother’s custody and given to him, claiming that the mother resided in an unhealthy locality and that the boy suffered by reasonthereof. Counsel for the mother applied yesterday for a rule against Pfou, claiming that he nas taken the ooy from the mother’s custody. He claims that Judge Kumleifhas decided the case, but if that is the fact it appears that counsel are unaware of it, and no entry has been made. Judge Sayler ordered a rule to be issued against Pfau for contempt for violating the only order as to the custody of the child, which as yet appears of record in the case.
