Woman Charges Husband Beat Her; Injunction GrantedJudge R, W. Basner late yesterday ordered temporary injunction against Ellis. N, Usher,' Cedar Falls, to restrain him from, molesting his wife. Lucile, who filed suit for divorce and prayed for the enjoining order. She alleges that her husband attacked her last Saturday at their home, 2522 College street, beat her with his fists and tore her clothing, Mrs. Usher says they were married at. Manchester, la., Jan. 2, 1918, She asks the custody of Leland Ellis, 11, and $60 a month for support.: Florence Baker late yesterday filed 'suit:for-divorce from George Baker, to - whom she was married April 7, 1906, at Dover, county of Kent, England, She asks the-custody of four mlnor children, Ruby, 13; Cyril, 18; V/llliam, 17, and Hazel, 14, and S10 a' week for support. The family home is at 1109 Colorado street.
