His wife, Anna Randall. alleges that they were married at Pierre. South Dakota, in June, 1SāJ2, and began living together immediately after the ceremony: that on Oct. 3 1, 1393, they removed to Lead City, 3. D., when thedefendant sold their household furniture and deserted her: that notwithstanding he left her -in a destitute condition she located him in Logansport and followed: that upon her arrival he refused and has since declined to recognize her as his wife, or provide for the support of their infant child. For ail of these offences she demands a divjree and the custody of their child. The defendant is a son of the late Charles Randall, at one time marshal of the citv of Logansport.
