Seeks Divorce Charging neglect, Mrs, Ruth C.Shultz of Fostoria filed suit against Wilbur J. Shultz yesterday for a1 divorce, She alleges she was forced to permit adoption of two of her three children to provide them with a home. She asks for a divorce, custody of their youngest child, Carl Herman, 2, and alimony. They were married Nov. 26, 1929, in Findlay and separated April 13, 1936, according to the petition.
