Chester Wilson Gets One to Three Years onrieu of Guilty.Chet Wilson, charged with burglarizing the hardware of 0. M. Curtis in Goshen a week ago last Sunday evening, and indicted on two counts by the grand jury, burglary and petit larceny, come before Judge Wilson in cir* euit court this afternoon and entered a plea of guilty to the second count, whereupon the judge imposed a sentence of from one to three yeara in the Michigan City prison, the prisoner being over 30 years of age. Wilson’s wife and their four-year-old son arrived here yesterday. They reside with her parents nearWarsaw.The cases set down for trial today failing to come up, the jury was excused until tomorrow morning.Susie Van Wert was today granted adivorce from Henry A. VanWert, giventhe custody of their child and $100 alimony.Guilbert W. Furlong, et al., have brought an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against Minnie A. Zimmerman et al.Marriage licenses have been granted to William Yager and Teresa Shaw, Lloyd D. Freeland and Maude Bole.Ida L. Roach was this afternoon granted p. divorce from James S. Roach.The county commissioners while iD session yesterday afternoon awarded • he contract for the construction of an arch over the race on West Lincoln avenue, Goshen, to Frank Brumbaugh.Harry Nelson, son of Mrs. Norman Carpenter, is in jail as an incorrigible and while but 9 years of age is suffering from a loathsome disease which be says he contracted at home.
