EVIDENCEBeing: Gathered In Taggart Divorce Case—Depositions Being T aken In Orrviile This Week.The sensational Taggart divorce suit begun by Major E. F. Taggart U. S. A., in the county court in July, against his wife, Mrs. Grace Taggart, on grounds of improper conduct, will not be heard until after the major's return from his next trip to the Philippines. He will sail from San Francisco for Manilla on November 1, and will leave Orrviile for the former city within a few days. During the past week Judge Taggart, of Wooster, and Representative Edd. Wertz, of Dalton, attorneys for the plaintiff, and Judge M. L. Smyser and John S. Adair, of Wooster, attorneys for the defendant, have been engaged in taking depositions of important witnesses in Orrviile and Akron.
