ICircuit Court.In the Circuit Court this morning final settlement report was made by Clark Jones, administrator of estate of Kli/.abetb McGannon, deceased, and same was approved by the court. W. 0. Ford was attorney for the estate.The will of Owen Nugent, deceased, late of Republican township, was probated in court today. Tin* decedent leaves all of bis property to bis widow, Mrs. Lena Nugent.Tyree H. Reynolds, administrator ^ I of the estate of T. S. Williams, de-eI ceased, made final settlement report today and same was approved by the court. Curtis Marshall was attorney for the estate.The court was occupied all of today again in the hearing on the petition of Albert Lemen to modify the former order of the court in the divorce proceedings of Laura Lemen*81 vs. Albert Lemen in which the latter is seeking the custody of their daughter, Nellie Lemen.
