wmte ana tears to aaa ms name.—Mrs. Della M. Fontious has filed a complaint for divorce, through her attorney, P. M. Buchanan, against her husband, Julius Fontious. The plaintiff states that they were married February 23, 1898, and that on Christmas day, 1898, the defendant left her and has since lived apart from her. She says that she has taken care of their child since then and can continue to do so. She asks the court for the custody of the child.—The Indiana State Association of Spiritualisit will hold a mass meeting at Indianapolis, begining Fridayafternoon, 2:30, Oct.,' 14, and continue over Sunday. The meeting will be held in the Temple on the corner of New York and Alabama streets, and will be attended by a large number of speakers and mediums who are enroute, from different parts of the country, to St. Louis, to be in attendance at the National Association #of Spiritualists which convenes October, 17th.•Messrs Jonas Myers and son
