Attorney, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit that said Defendant, Julius Pontius, is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless he be and appear on the seventh day of the next term of the Circuit Court, to be holden on the third Monday of November, A.
