Chester Wilson Gets One to Three Years onPlea of Guilty.Chet Wilson, charged with burglar* izing the hardware of 0. U. Curtis in Goshen a week ago last Sunday evening, and indicted on two counts by the grand jury, burglary and petit larceny, come before Judge Wilson in circuit court this afternoon and entereda plea of guilty to the second count,whereupon the judge imposed a sentence of from one to three years in the Michigan City prison, the prisoner being over 30 years of age. Wilson’s wife and their four-year-old son arrived here yesterday. They reside with her parents near Warsaw.The cases set down for trial todayj. failing to come up, the jury was exj cued until tomorrow morning.Susie VanWert was today granted a3 divorce from Henry A. VanWert, giventhe custody of their child and 3100 alimony.Guilbert W. Furlong, et al., have brought an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against Minnie A. Zim-?
