THE ms’PORTER SUIT,A Case of Long Standing: Decided by Judge McCarty.Judge McCarty, Monday morning, decided the case of Robert A. Finn against Gilbert jST. Porter and others. PLnn, it appears, had recovered a jxidg-ment against a man by the name of Kramer in common pleas court for an alleged debt. Subsequently Porter who owned a property in Massillon and who owed Kramer $900 transferred bis property to him, receiving the balance of $500 by a check. The same- day the property was transferred back to Porter again. The deed from Porter to Kramer was put on record but the deed from Kramer to Porter was not recorded. Pino then brought suit in common uleas court to have the deed set aside on the ground that it was given for the purpose of defrauding creditors. The court held that the title of the property was in Kramer and that it should be sold and the proceeds be brought into court. That the taxes and liens be paid and that the balance be turnedover to Kramer.
