They live in Goshen and were married December 25, 1893, separating Oct. 5, 1905. The plaintiff alleges that she has been subjected to cruel and inhuman treatment and non-support. Her husband, she swears, is sullen, and when MissAnna Rarick was visiting her recently, she claims, Mack made an attempt to chloroform her (the plaintiff) by entering her bedroom while she was asleep.
