I ANCIENT CASES WERE THROWN OUTI_ rAnd Civil Docket in Circuit s Court Generally Groomed ! by the Judge.Two cases which have stood 0:1 the I issue docket in the Wayne circuit j court since the first of April. 1909 were dismissed at the cost of the plaintiffs by Judge Fox Tuesday. One of these two cases was a suit for divorce and the docket page shows the case has been carried from one term to another during each year since the filing of the complaint. In all seventeen cases were either disposed of today of the issues in the cases were made up.The divorce cast filed early in April 1909, was- the suit of. Alice K. Waugh tel versus Hoy XVaughtel. The plaintiff also asked custody. Several of the issues of the case were made up ' and entered on the issue docket but ( the couple must have patched up their troubles as the case was suddenly dropped and from term to term nothing was done with it until today.The other case tiled in April. 1909. and dismissed Tuesday at the cost of the plaintiff was the complaint of I). L. j Adams company versus Frank Dough-; tv, complaint to foreclose chatel mortgage.
