Subpmenm in Divorce.IN WARREN County Common Pleas, No. 24Jane term, 1898.Orville Holcomb, libellant, vs. Emma P.Holcomb, respondent.To the above named respondent:Whereas, Subpoena and alias subpoenahave been returned “Non eet inventus” in this case, yon are therefore hereby notified to be and appear in yonr proper person beforethe Judges of said court at the court house inWarren borough, at a court of common pleas in and for said oonnty, there to be held on the first Monday of December, 1898, being thefifth day, to answer the oonplaint of the libellant, and show cause 11 any you have why a divorce from the bonds of matrimony should not be granted to the libellant, agreeably to the prayer of the petition or libel exhibited against yon before the said court and the acts of Asembly made and provided.
