Held to District Court.The preliminary hearing of Clayton Phillips, charged with nonsupport of his children, was held yesterday. He was arrested several days ago on a complaint filed by his divorced wife, Mrs. Lydia Phillips, and was released on bond. It 1« alleged that after p divorce was granted his wife several months ago that the children, which were to be cared for by him, were neglected. He was bound over to the November term of district court sitting at Galena.
