Divorce Suit Filed.Ada Harkenrider has filed suit in superior court for a divorce from Charles Harkenrider. They were married January 27, 1916, and separated July 18 of the same year. He is charged with drunkenness, with beating her and attempting to take her life with a razor. The defendant is now serving time on the penal farm. Besides a divorce the plaintiff asks the restoration of hermaiden name of Ada Sweitzer. Hurtzell Todd are attorneys for the plaintiff.
