Jerome Bradley, subject to epileptic fits, has been postponed indefinitely.Milwaukee attorneys had plan-ued to come to Sheboygan today to get a deposition from Dr. Edward J. Barrett, who, it is slated, had occasion to observe young Bradley at numerous times while he was at Chambers Island near Fish Creek.Postponement of the taking of this deposition follows closely upon the announcement Friday evening that the divorce suit begun several mouths ago by Jerome Bradley against Sirs. EtuHy Forster Bradley, the wife with whom he never lived, had been* dismissed. Formal notice to this effect has been filed in circuit court at Milwaukee.Dismissal of the action does not indicate a reconciliation between the couple, Jut it does mean that the young horseman has. changed his mind about divorce at this time.In spite of this sudden turn in affairs, trial of Bradley’s $250,000 alienation suit against his wealthy parents-in-law is scheduled to begin on Monday in the Milwaukee circuit court. This suit was filed in April, 1925, a few weeks After the couple’s elopement to Waukegan, while the diyorce action was commenced nearly a year ago. When the divorce action was started. Bradley’s attorneys demanded the appearance of Mrs. Bradley for adverse examination before a court commissioner. Her attorneys resisted this attempt and charged that the suit was a subterfuge to obtain information for the trial of the alienation action. The examination never was held.
