Jacob Daugherty, in his petition, claims that he has always provided for her the necessary comforts of life, according to the beat of his means, up to the ‘20th of AprH of the same year in which they wore married, and she has persisted in such desertion, and ho therefore begs to be released from his nnduliful wife.
