Quick.The Bill states that the parties were married on the 31st day of October, 1924, In the City of Haiti-more, by the Rev. Ft’, l’aul Smith, and that after said marriage they resided together in the City of Hagerstown, Maryland, until on or about the 30th day of May, 1027; that though the conduct of the Complainant towards the said Defendant, llurry J. Quick, has always been kind, affectionate and above reproach, the said Defendant has, without any just cause or reason, abandoned and deserted her and that such abandonment has continued uninterruptedly fur at least three years, is deliberate and final and the separation of the parties beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation; that the said Complainant and the Defendant have voluntarily lived separate and apart, without any co-habitation, for five consecutive years prior to the filing- of the Hill of Complaint in this cause and that the said separation is beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation; that one child was born to the said parties as a result of the said marriage, a boy child, ileorge 1J. Quick, aged about twelve years and in the care and custody of the Complainant; that the Complainant Is a resident of Washington Comity, Maryland, and has so resided for the past two years or moro and the Defendant, when last heard of, was a resident of the City of Baltimore, State of Mai viand.The Hill prnvs for a Divorce A VINCULO MAT HI.MOM I and that the custody and guardianship of the said male child he granted to the Complainant and fur other and further relief as her case may require; also praying for a writ of subpoena directed to the said Hairy J.
