Three years ago Fannie Johnson instituted proceed* lugs against George Brock for the maintenance of her illegitimate child, of which she claimed Broek was the father. To extricate himself from the difficulty Brock married Miss Johnson* He refused to live with her, however, A year and a half after the marriage Mrs. Brock oh* tallied a divorce from her husband, and Immediately reinstituted the bastardy salt against him. The case was decided by Judge Ferguson this forenoon by a judgment against Brock for the maintenance of the child. Fading to give bond for the Judgment he was sent to jail.
