Five divorces wore granted by Judge Laurence P. Day in Atchison county district court today. Ida M Nance was given a divorce from Robert ('. Nance and wasawarded custody of their three chil dren; Thomas Eugene Dunning was granted a divorce from MargaretMarie Dunning; Mary Jane Hcarl-son was given a divorce from Everett Hearlson and awarded custody of four minor children; Lucia Thomas was given a divorce from Winslow Thomas, and Joanna Poy-nor was granted a divorce from Joseph Poynor.
