Divorce PetitionsMary Verley of Creston is bringing divorce action against Lester Verley in Union county district court. She states they were married Sept. 27, 1SM1, in Grant City, AIo., and that the plaintiff learned that at the time of the ceremony the defendant was married to some one else and had n.t been divorced at the time of his alleged marriage to plaintiff . . . that the plaintiff knew nothing about this at the time of her supposed ranrrl-age to the defendant”.
