Big Divorce Suit Be=fore Chancery CourtPractically two days 01 the chancery court, which adjourned Wednesday afternoon, was taken ui in the trial- of the divorce suit of Mrs. D. C. i Hudson vs. I). C. Hudson, the latter 'being a large planter of near Fore-tman. A large number of witnesses*appeared on both sides from this and Howie county. Texas. The court I granted the decree of the plaintiff, allowing her alimony as follows: One-third of all personal property, one-third of all real estate during her lire, §2f»U attorney's fee and per month as support. The case attracted gieat deal of attention. Court will convene again on December ISth.
