Alice Medin was granted a divorceyesterday from Man o J. Medin by Judge Ponlan. The suit was institutedlast Friday evening and an appear-a nlt; e was immediately made bv Mr.♦ #■Medin. Yesterday morning a demurrer was submitted to Judge Ponlan in rhambers and was by h^m overruled. A default was then entered ami Mrs Medin. who was present with her attorney. gave her testimony, upon whicha decree of divorce on the ground ofcruelty w as entered. The suit had been brought in tin* department of Judge Bourquiu, but was transferred. Mr. and Mrs, Medin were married in Butte several years * ago.
