Divorce Cases.Prgbate Judge Hockman granted a divorc3 Saturday to Elizibeth J. Ivtle from her husband Samuel Kyle on the ground of extrema cruelty and habitual drunkenness.A new divorce caso has been filed in Probate court in which Joseph W. Mohr seeks a separation from his wife Mary E. Mohr on the grounds of neglect of duty, cruelty, and abandonment. He asks for divorce and custody of their minor child, a boy aged 12 years. The parties are residents ofHicksville.
