Marital Infelicity.Newbern is considerably shaken up over the doings of two married men of that burg.Wm, T. Herron, by his attorneys, has commenced suit against John L. Jones, for the seduction of his wife, which he claims took place on last Saturday, and claims $10,000 damages. He also sues his wife, Alice, for divorce, alleging adultery with Jones.The two suits are creating considerable comment. Jones says it is a case of blackmail, and asks the public to wait until all the facts in the case comes to light, before passingjudgment on him.
