In the cuurse of the fnrenoon several cases Wtfrc held up for further evidence, and several others were disposed of.Enmu W. Noon of Cambridge, who la but 21 years of age, and whose husband Is old enough to be her father, appeared before Justice Hardy this morning in a libel case against her husband, Samuel A. Noon of Brooklyn, on the grounds of confirmed habits of intoxication.The young woman testified that she was married to Sir. Noon in 1011, she being al that time but IV years of age. After her marriage, she said, she found that her husband had two daughters older than herself. She said her husband was practically all the tlmp under the Influence of liquor and while .in ihm condition ho was very abusive.One of the witnesses stated that .Mr. Noon was in the habit of bringing home steaks or cutlets in Ms pockets without any wrapper and he would force his wife to eat this meat which oftentimes was covered with tobacco and dirt.The decree wag granted, the custody of the minor child being- given to the libellant, white an order for $10 a week alLmony v/aa made out.Oilier decrees wcro granted in the following cases:Albert TnlkCr Lowell, vs. Evelyn Margaret Falke, Lowell, desertion.Chester IV ► Going.
