Carthage, Mo., Nov. 22.—Forty-► 4six divorces were granted this morning in circuit court as both divisions observed divorce day of the November court term. Nond of the divorce suits was contested, and they were granted rapidly.In division No. 1, Acting Judge John H. Flanigan, sr., awarded 27 divorces as follows:Frank Smith, jr., from Hazel Lucille Smith.Gladys Mae Delvin from ErnestDale Delvin.►maiden name.Mary M. Wiltermood from AlfredWiltermood.Etta May Crandall from EarlWilliam Crandall, with the custody of their children awarded. to Mrs.Crandall.Nellie Atterbury from Wilbur At-terbury.Maude Mathis from Grant Mathis. Helen L. Stater from Gordon V. Sttsr*Also] in division No. 1, the divorce suit of Louis L. Spencer from Vada Spencer was dismissed by theplaintiff.In division No. 2, Judge Wilbur J.
