Ill, was re-set for Dee. 7.In a motion hy the plaintiff toniodiiy the divoree decree inthe ease of Arthur Welch vs.Wynetna Welch, the court ruledthat the plaintiff owed the de-lenriant Slfn) in back support. The plaintiff paid the $150 and the court dismissed him from further support liability. This divoree was granted in |lt;I5().Margie Ellen Driscol was granted a divoree. on her cross-complaint. from Raymond Driscol Jr. She was awarded the custody ot the couple's one minor child and he was ordered to pay $10 weekly as support and her attorney fees of $125. Mr. Driscol was given the right to have the child visit him one month during each summer and at other “reasonable and seasonable times.''
