So■far as the court officials recall, the: plaintiff is the oldest party that | ever figured in this kind of a suit in I9tthe local court. He gives his age as j1seventy-eight. j!Mr. and Mrs. Ault were married j _in October 19u9 aud separated a few S ®davs ago.
