New Suite Are EnteredIn Highway AccidentThe Town Tops Taxi company. Earl Walker, taxi driver, and J. S. Reynolds of Charleston were again sued yesterday In circuit court in connection with a collision last Thanksgiving day between a truck operated by Ira W. Sigmon of Coopers Creek and the Reynolds automobile on the Elk river road near Mink Shoals.Sigmon and his sister, Miss Bid-die Sigmon, seek $2,500 and $5,000, respectively as damages for per-; sonal injuries suffered in the crash 1 in which their sister. Miss Stella Sigmon, was fatally injured. Last June a circuit court jury returned judgment of $7,500 for Blddie Sigmon as administratrix of the estate of Stella Sigmon. The three were riding in the Sigmon truck.
