Notice to Non-Residents. No 9254.State of Indiana, County of Sullivan, ss:In tlia Sullivan Circuit Court, Oct.Term, IMS.Harriet Bren ton vs. Charles Brenton.Comes now the plaintiff by Hom°r A. Taylor, her attorney and file her complaint herein, together with an affidavit that said defendant, Charles Brenton is anon-resident of the State of Indiana; and that he is a necessary party to the above entitled cause; and that said cause is for divorce- , . .Notice of the pendency of such action is therefore given to said defendant above named, that the same will stand for trial at the next term of the Suillvau circuit court, and unless he be and appear on the 7th day of the January term of saidcourt, to be begun on the 1st Monday of January 1890 at the court house in Sullivan, in said county and state aforesaid, and answer or demur to aid complaint, the same will be heard and de-terniined in his absence.Witness mv name and the seal of said court affixed at Sullivan, this 2nd day of November,A.
