MorrisGROTTOES Mr. Alice Rav-nes Morris, 48, wife of James Homer Morris and a lifelong resident of the Grottoes I’ort Republic - Lynnwood area, died Wed . nesdav at 2 a m. in Rockingham Memorial Hospital, where she had j been a aptient since November 9 She was a member of Mt. Yer- j non Mennonite Church, ;Mrs. Morris was a daughter of Mrs. Henrietta Ravnes and the late Luther Elmer Ravnes.wBesides her mother and husband, she is survived by one son, j Frederick L Morris, Ruckers-viJIe; three daughter*, Mrs. John I Spitzer, Richmond; Mrs. Bobby Sipe, Port Republic; Miss Lorretta I Morris, Grottoes; four brothers, j Floyd J . Clarence C. and Prentice i D. Raynes, Grottoes, and John F. Raynes, Port Republic; andfour sisters, Mrs Myrtle Ran-♦kin. Grottoes; Mrs Mary Roach, | P. Ik ton; Mrs, Martha Morris and Mrs. Mamie Dean, Port Republic, j Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 from the Port Republic Methodist. Church, her pastor. the Rev Hubert R Heilman officiating. Burial will he in the Port Republic cemetery The body will be taken from the W. H Kg-er funeral home to the church at 12:30. The family will meet at the Morris residence at 2 p rn. The family will receive friends at‘he Funeral home Thursday, night, 7:30-8:30.Nephews who will serve as pallbearers are: Vernon Dean. Jes-j sie Dean; Larry Ravnes, Claude j Raynes; Prentiss Ravnes dr. and Jacob Morris Jr.
