One new case was filed.In the divorce action of Maria Tripodi vs. Emil Tripodi cruelty was alleged. They were married April 25, 1953. The action was filed by Atty. W. A. Eberle.Zelpha Folgate charged cruelty in her bill for divorce against Charles G. Folgate. They were married March 13, 1944. The plaintiff was represented by Atty. Bert P. Snow.Donald Wirtjes alleged cruelty in his suit against Marlys Wirtjes. They were married Oct. 8, 1949. The petition was filed by Atty. J. G Garrity.June Springer was granted a divoice from Harold Springer on charges of cruelty. They were married July 10, 1954.
