Divorce Is Asked by Ruth PallettRuth L. Pallett is the plaintiff1 in an action for divorce against Jesse B. Pallett, according to a petition on file at the office o' the clerk of court today. iThe petition shows the couple married in Missouri on Jan. 26, 1939, and lived together until Nov. 13, 1944. The plaintiff charges the defendant with habitual drunkenness, with being irritable, quarrelsome, abusive and with threatening violence to her. She avers he squanders his money and refuses to provide for her.She asks as permanent alimony title and possession of household furniture, fixtures and equipment and the right to resume her maiden name of Ruth L. Sheppard. f
