se).On Friday the divorce case of Nancy vs. James McKinley was tried before the Judge who, after hearing the evidence, decided they had not a good cause, and they will still continue in the infelicity business at the old stand. As this is Mr. McKinley’s sixth wife, the judge was of the opinion that life was too short to hunt up another one. To show that Mr. McKinley has other cares on his mind, it is only necessary to state that his divorced wife number five is suing him for slander.
