Three Divorces ‘ Granted In CourtSlt;Three divorces, one of them on the counterclaim of a defendant wife, were granted by Judge Henry A. Detiing in Circuit Court default actions this week.The defendant wife was Mrs. Dorothy A. Toston, 22, of 817 Pennsylvania Ave.. who was granted a decree on her counterclaim of an original suit by her plaintiff husband, Charles E., 22.In the other cases, Edna E, Richter, 45, of 824 N. 15th St., was awarded a divorce from Otto A. Richter Sr., 51, of Milwaukee, and Jo Ann Housey, 20, of 724 S. Water St., was granted a decree from LeRoy Housey, 24.All the divorces were granted on charges of cruel and inhuman treatment.Another divorce action, commenced by Irene Blanche Jesin-ski, 36, of 709 Georgia Ave., against Otto F.
