Iowa sij.avme court reversed a Washington county court decision by Judge R G, Yoder which had set aside the divorce of Hattie Swift and Thomas O. Swift The high court held that Swift's action was “motivated by a spirit of revenge and desire to annoy and harrass” his former wife and her present husband, Glen Cudde-back, whom she married several months after the divorce was granted.
