MISTAKE IN MARRIAGE CORRECTED BY DIVORCEEvidence Shows Wife Took Second Husband Erroniouly Believing First One Bead; Good Faith Established.Evidence that his wife ’e former husband is not dead as they had believed, when he married her in Twin Falls a year ago, wap offered in district court here Friday by George Bertalot of Buhl, in support of his petition for divorce from Lita Erwin Bertalot. The suit wa9 not resisted by Mira. Bertalot and the decree was granted by Judge W. A. Babcock. The divorce suit was instituted when it was learned some months after the marriage that George Giezel, * husband of Mrs. Bertalot to whom she had been married in 1919 in Minneapolis. and who had deserted her three years later, was alive and a resident of Butte, Montana.Decree of divorco also was granted by Judge Babcock to Grace Burgin from Arthur Burgin on grounds of desertion.
