Efforts of Mrs. Noble Cook, wife of a Southern railway freight conductor, to gain possession of her two young children who were with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Blanche Stewart, caused considerable excitement Sunday afternoon in Georgetown when the two women engaged in a personal encounter on the street. A large crowd was attracted to the scene and witnessed the struggle for possession of the children, Mrs. Cook succeeded in getting the oldest child, a six-year-olddaughter, but the three-year-old son was held by Mrs. Stewart.
