DIVORCE DAY IN THESHELBY CIRCUIT COURTSix Cases Taken Up—Two Divorces Granted and Evidence Heard in Three Others.This was divorce day in the Shelby circuit court. Six cases were taken up ^nd stepa were taken in each case. Two divorces were granted. In the case of William Lee against his wife, Emma Lee, a divorce was granted and the custody of the two minor children was given the plaintiff upon the payment of the costs of the suit. Evidence was submitted in the case of Harry V. Cook against Cletha Cook and the case was taken under advisement.The case of Jane M. Vannoy against Thomas M. Vannoy was heard this mornfng and the plaintiff was granted a divorce, together with the custody of the two minor children, Helen and Jane, upon the payment of the C03ts. The case of Mary Rouse against Edward Rouse was heard and taken under advise-41ment. Evidence was submitted In the case of Lula Elliott against Daniel L. Elliott. The case was not decided, hut was taken under advisement. An affidavit was filed In resistance of an allowance In the case of Charles H. Thrawley against Annie Thrawley.
