Vyvial Cuts Wife.F. J. Vyvial of Moiavia, who had filed suit for divorce against his wife, Cecelia Vyvial, in district. court, attacked his wife with a pocket knife yesterday morning about 10 o’clock while they were alone in the district court room. Mrs. Vyvial was cut in the right groin, and had it not been for the timely interference of County Attorney PaulFertach, she no doubt would have been killed.Vyvial wju* immediately arrested and placed in jail by Deputy Sheriff A.
