In the petition it is alleged that the couple 1 were married May 10, 1907 and lived together as hu3band and wife until November 3, 1910.The plaintiff alleges that the defendant was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment. That she wrongfully accused him of adultery with other women. He further alleges that on November 1 3, she ordered him from hi3 home, threatening to kill him if he did not go.The plaintiff aho alleges that th3 defendant would hit him with anything she happened to have in her hands and 1 atone time cut him with a hoe to 1 seriously that he was confined to his lt;bad for some time Thit no children { were born to the union and no property 1 rights are involvedTne plaintiff ask* that the bmd3 of matrimony bi dissolved and that he be granted all proper relief.
